Shipping

Most orders will ship out within two (2) business days via USPS. If your order contains items that are made to order, then it may take additional time. 

Shipping will be calculated on your order based on the package weight, dimension and your location. 

Alaska and Hawaii - shipping is calculated for Alaska and Hawaii using USPS (3 Days) priority mail.  We can ship your order via ground advantage, but it will take up to 16 days to reach you. Please email us at chinchillacityllc@gmail.com prior to completing your order if you wish to change your shipping. 

Please note - if your order requires an oversized box, additional shipping may be required, and you will be billed via PayPal for the increase.
